Hoya curtisii is a mat-forming hoya species; they can be grown as a terrarium ground cover or in hanging baskets. The leaves are quite thick, olive green with greyish mottling. Dainty-looking but quite tough. Flowers appear in clusters with star-shape individual flowers.
