Hardiness: Hardy to ~20°F (USDA zone 8b); prefers cool summers
Mature size: ~12–24" tall, ~18–24" wide
Light: Full sun to bright, half day sun; protect from harsh afternoon sun in hot climates
Water: Allow soil to dry out completely between waterings; water deeply but infrequently
Soil: Sharp-draining cactus/succulent mix with added pumice or grit
Dormancy: Winter dormancy

Plant size: Grown in 4" pot, shipped semi bare root
Aloe polyphylla produces powdery, light green leaves with tight spirals that can either turn clockwise or counter clockwise...there's no true reason cause. These aloe, though exposed to full sun, prefers cooler enviornment as they originated from high mountains of Lesotho in southern Africa.
