This plant is part of the "Prayer Plant" family; this means that the leaves will fold upward during the evening hours through morning. This Calathea is a curiosity, I've encountered many people saying that "It looks like someone used a pink marker and drew lines on it." and they're not wrong!
The biggest specimen we've seen can be found in a mechanic shop in Gresham, Oregon; the plant is sitting on their counter with leaves grazing their ceiling!
