Dark green, marbled conical leaves arranged in an upright rosette formation. Pups can appear at any point on the plant; pushing up the height of the mature plant. 
Technically a succulent, but a tropical succulent. Water when the soil is completely dry but make sure to allow soil to absorb water by using a saucer.
