This Ficus is well known in the houseplant-keeping community. Most people will encounter leaf-dropping issues; this is due to the plant needing to adjust itself to the newer enviornment so older leaves will have to go in order to put more energy in the newer ones. Darker enviornment will more-likely cause leaves to drop vs. brighter enviornment.
