A hybrid Haworthia from Japan. Bronze leaves with rough "windows". 
Haworthias, in the wild remains underground with their "windows" poking out of the soil line to help them collect sunlight to photosynthesize. This is one of the few succulent that doesn't mind being in lower light- morning sun - dappled light.
