Fan-shape leaf growth pattern. Leaves are somewhat stiff but snappable. The tips of the leaves are flat with "windows" to allow light to penetrate the leaves (they naturally grow mostly underground in the wild). 

This Haworthia is VERY slow growing so patience is a must.
