Hoya serpens × carnosa ‘Matilde’ is a small-leaved hybrid with round to slightly oval foliage arranged in opposite pairs along slender, trailing stems. The leaves are thick and glossy, medium green, and often display subtle silver splash or speckling across the surface. Individual leaves are typically under an inch wide. White star-shaped flowers with dark pink center.
