Peperomia axillaris is a compact succulent peperomia with upright stem that arches with height. Stems are lined with thick, cylindrical leaves resembling mini tacos. The foliage is bright light green and resembles tiny tacos, with a shallow translucent groove running along the upper surface of each leaf.
