Pilea peperomioides produces round, coin-shaped leaves. that sit atop long, slender petioles, giving the foliage a “floating” appearance above the plant’s crown. The leaves are smooth and glossy, typically a bright to medium green, and can range from about 2–4 inches in diameter on mature plants. The overall plant habit is low and bushy but readily produces pups emerging from the soil.
